I had a cr@p week at work and I've just spent the last three hours prepping for next week when I couldhave/shouldhave been writing this blog.
Hopefully everything will settle down soon.
I'm just glad I have my coach to plan the week ahead. I caught her, calcualtor in hand scheduling my swim, bike and runs to get me to my goal of ten hours.
I know I'm biased and she's my daughter but she just looked so cute and I'm so proud and thankful to her for keeping me on track.
She actually didn't put too many sad faces on the fridge this week even though I missed sessions cos she knew that I was sick. My favourite quote from her this week when she found out I hadn't swum AGAIN ... 'just keep your togs at work dad and swim when you can'. Thanks Laura!
