Day 16 - 16th July 2012


Rest day today. Calf still very sore. Few days no running should see it come right. Back on the windtrainer tomorrow night though.

Weight this morning was 199.6lbs. Weight Loss Challenge starts tomorrow night. I'm motivated to win the challenge but now I'm even more motivated to lose to get up that damn hill a bit faster in the next duathlon.

Nothing more to report ... except that I want that running 'fast' and holding off someone trying to pass me feeling again that I got at the end of the race yesterday. Can't wait till the next one. Four weeks to get a bit thinner/fitter/faster ...
